2024 Kayak/Canoe Rack Rental Application

Rental Season: April 13 – November 2, 2024

Please read the 2024 Rules and Regulations for Kayak/Canoe Rack Seasonal Rentals before completing your application.

Village Residents/School District may register from March 11th – March 27th. Spots will be allocated through a lottery system by March 28th. In the event of overcapacity, refunds will be issued. Non-Residents may register after April 1st.

Limit of two applications per household.
Each qualifying license is entitled to one senior discount, and it cannot be transferred to other members within the household.

In consideration of my being permitted to use Croton Landing/Echo Canoe Launch, I hereby release the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, the Croton Recreation and Parks Department, its officials, agents and employees from any liability for damage to, loss or theft of my boat and any supplies and/or equipment associated therewith, or to myself for any injury that I may suffer or sustain during my use of this facility, and I hereby indemnify the Village of Croton-on-Hudson in respect to any loss, cost liability, expense or damage which may result to it by reason of any claim made suit proceeding instituted against it related to my boat, its use or operation. I understand that the privilege to use these facilities may be suspended or revoked for cause. I agree to abide by the rules as set by the Croton Recreation and Parks Department pertaining to Croton Landing/Echo Canoe Launch. I understand that I am subject to the provisions of Local Law #2 of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY regulating Municipal Parks. ALL INFORMATION ON THIS APPLICATION IS TRUE AND COMPLETE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE.
