The Croton-on-Hudson Recreation Department is pleased to offer village and school district residents the ability to purchase park passes online.

Please list all individuals in your family. Children age 3 and younger do not need a photo ID.

You will be required to submit two proofs of residency (vehicle registration showing address, utility bill, driver's license, etc.), along with a passport-sized photo (must be in jpeg format) for each individual, when you complete this form.
